Our products are prepared and shipped from our Canadian shop, and we offer international shipping. Please refer to each product individually for further information on shipping costs and times.
In general, standard shipping times are as follows:

- United States: 5-13 business days

Please note that depending on the circumstance, if a refund due to damage applies, refunds will be made for the full amount minus shipping, meaning initial shipping is non-refundable
